You may apply for a refund for most items purchased, except those that are specifically labeled as non-refundable on the product page, Edibles, or beverages. All damaged or defective products received can be returned and replaced. The item must be unused, and in its original packing with all the original tags attached.

Please note, we reserve the right to determine if the product was damaged by Mia’s Heart Hemp Life.

Shipping charges may be refunded depending on the reason for your refund. If your shipping wcharges aren’t refunded, please call Mia’s Heart, Hemp Life at 312-307-0300 to determine if you’re eligible for a refund. You may not be refunded for shipping charges if:
  • Your return was declined by our Online Return Center.
  • Your return was not due to an error by Mia’s Heart, Hemp Life.


Certain items are non-refundable. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 3 to 5 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

When can you expect your refund?

Once the refund is initiated, it takes around 3-7 business days to refund the full amount in the original form of payment. Depending on your banking institution, it may take up to 10 business days to process the request.

Processing Time

All the products purchased by our customers will be shipped to the customers provided address within 5-7 business days. Orders will not be delivered during national and public holidays. From dispatch to delivery, the timeline will be subject to environmental and external factors. During peak seasons the timeline may be extended or delayed due to high shipping volume. We request all our customers to be patient during emergencies. If emergencies arise, our team will get in touch with you immediately and ship the consignment as soon as possible.

Shipping Confirmation

Our customers will receive a shipment confirmation email along with the tracking number after the order is ready for delivery.

Change of Shipping Address

Any customer changes in an address, especially after order confirmation will be subject to certain charges and delays.

Shipping Sources

If your order is eligible for free shipping, it will be shipped via third-party services. It will usually be received within 2-8 business days after the order is under process. Please note that all these shipping requirements are subject to changes in case of emergencies.

Shipping Options

We send out orders with UPS, FESEX, DHL, or USPS. If you place your order before 2pm (Central Standard Time) Monday through Friday, then we will dispatch your order the very same day. Please note that these shipping times are  estimates and cannot be guaranteed. All shipping thresholds are calculated based on the order subtotal after discounts and promotions have been applied.

Adult Signature-Required Deliveries

Please note that in accordance with PACT Act legislation, all orders that include CBD vape products must be sent with an adult signature required. You will need to sign for your package upon delivery.
